Tuition Schedule

Monthly Tuition Payment Schedule (For fees please contact us)

To ensure consistent staffing and high-quality early learning experiences, our program requires that all tuition be paid one month in advance of care.

Tuition is due on the 25th of the month that is two months prior to care.

Tuition must be received no later than the 1st of the month immediately before care begins.

For example, tuition for the month of October is due on August 25th and must be received no later than September 1st.

If tuition is not received by the 1st, your child’s enrollment will be considered pending, and care may be paused until the balance is paid in full.

We recommend setting up recurring payments or scheduling reminders to avoid disruptions to care.

Fee Waiver for ELFA-Funded Families

Our program is committed to supporting equitable access to early care and education. As an ELFA-qualified program, we follow all guidelines and funding rules provided by the San Francisco Department of Early Childhood (DEC).
ELFA-qualified programs may not charge or request the following from families funded through ELFA Vouchers:

  • Co-payments
  • Enrollment or registration fees
  • Extended hour or late pick-up fees
  • Security deposits

These types of charges create financial barriers and are not aligned with the intent of the ELFA program, which is designed to remove economic obstacles to quality early care and education.

Promoting Developmentally Appropriate Behavior

Priority Enrollment for ELFA Voucher Families

As part of our commitment to equity and access, our program prioritizes the enrollment of families who receive ELFA Vouchers. We recognize the importance of stable, high-quality care for families experiencing higher levels of economic pressure. By giving ELFA-funded families priority in our enrollment process, we support the ELFA mission of creating a more inclusive and accessible early learning system for all children, regardless of financial background.
If you are a family with an active ELFA Voucher or currently eligible for one, please inform our administrative team during the enrollment process so we can ensure priority access to available openings.

Emily Pham

Infant Teacher

My name is Emily and I am an infant teacher. My aim with this position is to learn how children develop as unique individuals and learn how to support their holistic growth. I am currently a student at San Francisco
State University majoring in Child and Adolescent Development. With this experience, I am hoping to get a sense on whether I want to continue to work in the classroom or if I want to learn the administrative side of education. The experience of working directly with children is gratifying and I wish to create a safe space for children to explore with all of their senses as they develop their own personalities. I hope to be able to help build a strong foundation so that the children can have the confidence and ability to express themselves.
